Cell count and differential on blood (a) and BAL (b) was performed. (c) Three days post i.n. infection with 5 × 10³ CFU of F. tularensis LVS lungs were harvested, prepared into single cell suspensions, stained and analysed by flow cytometry for dendritic cells (CD11b⁺, CD11c^high, Gr1^-), macrophages/monocytes (CD11b⁺, CD11c^low, Gr1⁻) and neutrophils (CD11b⁺, CD11c⁻, Gr1⁺).
