Overall antinociceptive effects after a single dose of 177.8 mg/kg of metamizol (MET), 17.8 mg/kg of tramadol (TRA), administered alone or the combination of the drugs (MET+TRA) administered in single dose and in repeated once-daily doses for 4 days in arthritic rats. Data from temporal courses of the effect were transformed in AUCe (FI%h). Values are mean AUCe ± S.E.M.
