To confirm the gene expression of RT array gene expressions, the gene expression of seven differentially expressed genes was evaluated using real-time RT-PCR. Relative gene expression was performed using 2^-Δct method and the fold changes in gene expression were normalized with the GAPDH gene. Data were represented as mean ± SD (n = 3).
