Cells were treated with EtOAc extracts at 40–200 μg/mL in 0.35% agarose containing 10% FCS over 0.7% agarose containing 10% FCS. Cell colonies were observed after 14–21 days incubation at 37°C in 5% CO₂ under light microscopy. Bars on images represent 20 m. Colonies of > 50 μm were counted after the incubation period and numbers are presented as percentages of the control.
