Cells plated at 5 × 10⁶ cells/well were incubated with media with 10% FBS for 4 h. Fresh quiescent media (8 ml/well) was applied and incubated for 48 h. The conditioned media were collected and the level of DCP produced in each cell line was determined using ECLIA. Bars indicate means ± S.D. of three independent experiments.
