Cl-Par-4 cancer cell lines were treated with 20μM Cisplatin for 24h. A. Cytosolic/nuclear cell fractionation was done and the protein level of cl-Par-4-myc was determined in treated cells using western blot analysis. GAPDH and PARP were used as cytosolic and nucleus loading control respectively. Results shown are representative of three independent experiments.
