Effect of NCDase‐Exos on insulin‐stimulated 2‐NBDG uptake in PA‐treated H4IIEC3 cells. H4IIEC3 hepatocytes were treated with PA alone or along with exosomes for 16 h, then stimulated with 100 nm insulin for 15 min, and finally incubated with 50 mm 2‐NDBG for 20 min, and fluorescence densities were measured as described in Methods.
