(A2) Proliferation of the NIT3T3 cells, (B) apoptosis of the NIH3T3 cells detected using flow cytometry and 3T3‐i group has a higher apoptosis than other groups (P < 0.01, ***) (B4), and (C) cell cycle of the NIH3T3 cells examined using flow cytometry. S phase of 3T3‐Rrp15 cells has a more percentage than other groups (P < 0.001, ***), that means Rrp15 could promote cell cycle (C4).
