Dose-dependent blocking of 18F-FNDP (3.7 MBq [0.1 mCi]) uptake with sEH inhibitor nor-fluoro-FNDP (s.c. [subcutaneously]) in CD-1 mouse brain at 60 min after radiotracer injection. Data are mean %ID/g tissue ± SD (n = 3). Blocking curve demonstrates that 18F-FNDP specifically labels sEH binding sites in all brain regions studied.
