Fluorescent responses of OHT-CHA1 (with 30% formamide) to LAMP products amplified from different copies of MERS-1A DNA samples. The green curve was gotten from using LAMP product of M. tuberculosis rpoB gene (RPOB) segment as an anti-interference control to trigger OHT-CHA1. LAMP reaction was carried out for 20 min at 60 °C. The fluorescent reading was performed at 25 °C.
