WT and Nfkb1^SSAA/SSAA macrophages ± BI605906 were stimulated with LPS for 30 min. In the left-hand panel, the MAP2 kinases shown were immunoprecipitated (IP) from cell lysates and immunoblotted for the antigens indicated to the left of the panels. In the right-hand panel, total cell lysates were immunoblotted directly. Results are representative of three independent experiments.
