Surgical procedure for blepharoptosis repair with CO₂ laser. Redundant skin was removed (A), the levator muscle and tarsus were exposed (B), and levator muscle was advanced for about 8–10 mm and sutured to the center of tarsus (C). The upper eyelid margin was positioned at about 1 mm lower from the corneal limbus (D). Subcutaneous tissue was sutured to tarsus at 2–3 points for double layer formation (E) and interrupted sutures were made to close the skin (F).
