Cytosolic Ku70 is acetylated by histone deacetylase inhibitors (HDACI) in cells, and Bax did not dissociate from Ku70 in ES2 and in HEK-293T cells following HDACI treatment. a Cells were treated with suberoylanilide hydroxamic acid (SAHA) (4 μM) for 48 h.
