Ad5-ASFV multiantigen cocktail-primed ASFV antigen-specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) responses. Antigen-specific CTL responses in PBMCs collected postboost (week 4) were evaluated at effector-to-target ratios of 50:1 and 25:1 using a standard 51Cr release assay.
