IL-17, IL-6, IL-8, VEGF mRNA and protein protein levels were determined in human lung adenocarcinoma tissues by qRT-PCR or IHC, respectively. (A) Spearman’s correlation analysis was performed to analyse the correlation between IL-17 protein expression and IL-6 (a), IL-8 (b), VEGF (c) protein in tumour tissues of patients with lung adenocarcinoma. (B) Pearson’s correlation analysis was used to analyse the relationship between IL-17 mRNA expression and IL-6 (a), IL-8 (b), VEGF (c) mRNA expression in tumour tissues of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.. mRNA expression levels were calculated using the −ΔΔCt method, and target gene expression was normalized to the GAPDH housekeeping gene.
