(B,C) PAI-1 mRNA level swere significantly reduced by the over-expression of miR-30c in response to miR-30c mimic, and increased in response to miR-30c inhibitor, as determined using qRT-PCR after transfection in MEG-01 cells. (D,E) PAI-1 protein expression was down-regulated by the miR-30c mimic but up-regulated by the miR-30c inhibitor, as determined by Western blotting normalized to GAPDH. All data are the mean ± SEM.
