Inhibitory effect of the extract of Lindera obtusiloba leaves (LLE) on platelet aggregation in vitro. After preincubation with LLE (0.1, 0.3, 1 mg/ml) or aspirin (1 mg/ml) for 5 min at 37°C, platelets were stimulated with 2 μg/ml collagen (A), 10 μM adenosine diphosphate (ADP) (B), 100 μM arachidonic acid (AA) (C), and 0.2 U/ml thrombin (D).
