Inhibitory effect of the extract of Lindera obtusiloba leaves (LLE) on platelet aggregation ex vivo. After rats were treated with with LLE (100, 200, 400 mg/kg) or aspirin (50 mg/kg), blood samples were collected, and platelets were stimulated with 2 μg/ml collagen (A), 10 μM adenosine diphosphate (ADP) (B), 100 μM arachidonic acid (AA) (C).
