Inhibitory effect of the extract of Lindera obtusiloba leaves (LLE) on thromboxane A2 (TXA2) formation. Platelets were preincubated with LLE (0.1, 0.3, 1 mg/ml) or aspirin (0.1 mg/ml) for 5 min and then stimulated with collagen (2 μg/ml) for 5 min.
