(b) BMM cells were cultured in the presence of M-CSF and RANKL (100 ng/ml) with or without varying doses of NC for 5 days and stained for TRAP expression. Light microscope images depicting the dose-dependent effect of NC on RANKL-induced osteoclastogenesis. (c) TRAP-positive multinuclear cells containing three or more nuclei were scored. (d) The effects of different doses of NC on apoptosis were detected through Annexin V staining and flow cytometry.
