Lattice parameters and height of chalcogen, hch, obtained from Rietveld refinement of NPD data for the Fe1.05Te sample. Lattice parameters of Fe(Se0.5Te0.5) and FeSe0.95 samples were obtained from Rietveld refinement of x-ray diffraction patterns. The Néel temperature, TN, was evaluated by magnetization measurements, and the critical temperature, Tc, was taken as the onset of magnetic shielding.
