The protein band densities were determine by densitometric analysis. (C) The densitometric analysis of Bcl-2 and Bax bands was performed, and the data were plotted as the Bcl-2/Bax ratio. Densitometric analysis was performed using Bio-rad Quantity One^® Software. The data are presented as the mean ± standard error of the mean of 6 rats per group (^#P<0.05 vs. Con group; *P<0.05, **P<0.01 vs. BPH group).
