miR-148a promotes the activation of the phosphoinositide 3-kinase signaling pathway in osteosarcoma. MG63 and U2OS cells were transfected with (A) miR-148a mimics or (B) miR-148a inhibitor. The phosphorylation of AKT at Ser 473 was examined by western blotting. Data correspond to one representative experiment.
