Vit. C decreases ATP production in AGS cells. AGS cells were treated with 0.5 or 1.5 mM Vit. C for 4 h. The levels of intracellular ATP were measured using the ATP Colorimetric/Fluorometric Assay kit. The result is representative of three independent experiments.
