Glioblastoma C6 cells were treated for 72 hours with vehicle (Control); 3 μM F4 dendron (ND); dendriplexes formed by 3 μM F6 dendron/100 nM siRNA against p42-MAPK mRNA (ND+siP42) and dendriplexes formed by 3 μM F6 dendron/100 nM scramble siRNA (ND+siSCR). Cells were lysed and relative content of p42-MAPK relative to β-actin analysed as indicated in Material and Methods.
