For each PC representing asymmetric shape variance in the terminal leaflets of e-2 (figure 4b), the number of leaflet pairs with opposite versus same PC sign, the number of leaf pairs, the ratio of the number of opposite-to-same pairs and the p-value for the one-sided exact test that the odds ratio of opposite-to-same pairs exceeds unity are provided.
