Generation of tyrosinase mutant zebrafish by CRISPR/Cas9. (A) Two alleles of F1 heterozygous mutants (+18, +1 insertion) were acquired. KO #2 mutants fish (+1) showed one base insertion at base 78 in exon 1 (c.78/79 insT, 26th amino acid), which generated premature stop at 98th amino acid.
