(B) Expression of FAK, phospho-FAK, p53, phospho-p53, MDM2, and phospho-MDM2 was evaluated by immunoblotting in MESO257 and MESO296 after incubating cells for 6 h with FAK inhibitor PF562271 (1 and 5 μM) in serum-free medium.
