Mutation of the GARP complex disrupts the wrapping of IMVs, resulting in aberrant B5 accumulations. Imaris image analysis software (Bitplane) was used to quantitate the number of B5-labeled puncta in each cell (A), the percentage of B5-labeled puncta in a cell which colocalized with an EGFP-labeled core (B), the percentage of B5 puncta which colocalized with F13 (C), and the diameter of B5-labeled puncta in WT and MU MEFs (D).
