(a and b) Pre- and post-contrast enhanced T1 WI shows thick and irregular enhancement along the surgical cavity. (c) DWI and (d) ADC map show no diffusion restriction. Considering the dark signal intensity on (e) SWI, it reflects hemorrhage. (f) On 14-month follow-up contrast-enhanced T1 WI, the surgical cavity has shrunk, and a measurable mass has developed at the inferior aspect of the surgical cavity, which is pathologically confirmed as a recurred glioblastoma.
