Percentage = number with end-of-life characteristic/total n by diagnosis, excluding those with missing data. Of the total population (445), 440 had information on Phase I enrollment, 379 on hospice enrollment, and 379 on location of death. Of the 219 patients with a DNR order, 215 had information on the length of time the order was in place; DNR, do-not-resuscitate; IQR, interquartile range.
