(A) HeLa cells were transfected with the indicated constructs. 48 hours after transfection, cells were harvested and luminescence was measured using the caspase-glo 3/7 assay. (B) p21-luc reporter and the indicated genes were transfected into HeLa cells, and the cells were incubated for 48 h. p21 activity was measured by the luciferase reporter assay. (C) After the pRGC-luc reporter and the indicated genes were transfected in HeLa cells for 48 h, p53 activity was measured by the luciferase reporter assay.
