The hypoxic ventilation (3% Po2)-induced PAP increase (ΔPAPHypoxia) was robust in the PAH-MCT rats, whereas HPV was abolished in the PAH-CH rats. The Ang II-induced contraction also improved in the PAH-MCT rats.
