Phylogenetic tree showing position of “Corynebacterium urinapleomorphum” strain Marseille-P2799 relative to other phylogenetically close neighbours. 16S rRNA sequences were aligned using CLUSTALW and phylogenetic inferences obtained using maximum-likelihood method within MEGA software.
