Concordance identified between observed and fracture risk assessment score (FRAX) mean predicted 5-year major osteoporotic fracture risk according to eGFR. Observed major osteoporotic fracture risk was calculated using the modified Kaplan–Meier estimator accounting for the competing risk of death. There were 10 major osteoporotic fracture events in individuals with an eGFR<60 ml/min per 1.73 m² and 37 major osteoporotic events in individuals with an eGFR≥60 ml/min per 1.73 m².
