No overt morphological abnormalities were observed in Gpr177^flox/flox, Mvh-Cre (d–f), Gpr177^flox/flox, Stra8-Cre (j–l) and Gpr177^flox/flox, Amh-Cre (p–r) mice relative to their respective littermate controls (a–c, g–i, m–o). The images shown are representative results of experiments that were repeated three times using samples from different sets of testes, which yielded similar results.
