The dashed line denotes the point at which JBIR-100 was added at concentrations of 1× (8 µM), 2× (16 µM), and 4× (32 µM) MIC as indicated; 0× MIC curve represents the vehicle (DMSO)-treated control. JBIR-100 appeared to be growth-suppressive at all concentrations tested. Data depicted is the average of three independent replicates.
