Prevalence estimates were age adjusted to the 2010 U.S. workers standard population by Bureau of Labor Statistics, using six age groups: 18–24, 25–34, 35–44, 45–54, 55–64, 65+ years.

A weighted linear regression model was fitted to the annual design-adjusted rates. The weight used for each annual rate was the inverse of its variance. The P value was from linear regression model.
