(B) Normal human epidermal keratinocytes (NHEK) were transfected with control or OBSL1 siRNA for 48 h. Total mRNA was isolated, reverse transcribed to cDNA, and analyzed by quantitative real-time PCR using gene-specific primers for amplification. (C) NHEK were transfected with control or OBSL1 siRNA for 48 h and then exposed to HPV16 PsV for 24 h. Gene transduction was measured by luciferase activity and normalized by LDH measurements.
