Huh7.5 cell cultures were infected at an MOI of 0.05 with each mutant and the parental virus. The inoculum was washed off, and 5 days postinfection nascently produced virus was collected and titers were determined by the TCID50 method. Genome copies were measured by RT-PCR. Values are the means from three experiments performed in duplicate.
