(A) Fifty virus-free juvenile rainbow trout (mean weight of 0.7 g) were infected with each of the rIHNVs as described in Materials and Methods. Fish mortality was recorded every day for 35 days. The averages from two independent experiments are represented. (B) Challenge of rIHNV-immunized fish with wtIHNV.
