Live-imaging analysis of myosin dynamics at the basal surface both in control (upper panel) and blebbistatin treated (150 µM; lower panel) 20 hpf embryos from the line tg(actb1:myl12.1-eGFP). Note the increased stability of the myosin foci and the reduced contractility of the basal surface in the retina of the blebbistatin-treated embryos.
