Average diameter of CPT-loaded particles; PDI was <0.2 for all nanoparticle samples except p[(AA)30-b-(nBA)50] and p[(HEA)50-b-(nBA)50] (>0.5). Empty NPs all had diameters of 70 nm by DLS and PDIs < 0.2.
