(a) Development of root hairs 24 h after an Arabidopsis thaliana GR:RSL4 rsl2 rsl4 plant was treated with Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium containing 20 μM DEX. No root hairs developed after treatment of the seedling with DEX + CHX and MS + ethanol (mock). (b) Venn diagram of genes induced upon RSL4 activation under different treatments.
