Fig. S1. — Expression of ERα, Sp1, and WNT2 mRNA is not altered by miR-515-5p overexpression. Freshly isolated human CytT were either untransfected (-), or transfected with miR-515-5p mimic or NTC and mRNA levels of ERα (A), Sp1 (B), and WNT2 (C) were analyzed by qRT-PCR after 48 h of culture. In all cases, miR-515-5p overexpression caused no significant change in mRNA levels, compared with untransfected cells or cells transfected with NTC. Protein expression levels of ERα (D) and Sp1 (E), analyzed by immunoblotting, were also unaffected by miR-515-5p overexpression.
