THSG reversed the decrease in klotho and FOXO1 protein expression mediated by Ang II in NRK-52E rat renal tubular epithelial cells in vitro. Cells were stimulated with or without Ang II (100 nmol/L) for 24 h and treated with or without THSG for 24 h. The expression of proteins was detected using Western blotting, and relative densities were normalized to GAPDH expression levels (each group n = 3).
