Alanine aminotransferase (ALT; hepatitis), hepatic triglycerides (TG; fat accumulation in the liver), hepatic cholesterol (TCHO) and gene expression in the livers of mice fed with steatohepatitis‐inducing high‐fat diet (STHD‐01) and administered pioglitazone, telmisartan, or olmesartan. ALT levels (A), hepatic TG levels (B), and hepatic TCHO levels (C), as well as expression levels of Mcp1 (D), Tnf (E), Cd68 (F), and Acta2 (G) in the liver were determined after feeding with standard diet (SD) or STHD‐01 for 1 week (n = 4–5 in the SD and STHD‐01 groups).
