The relative expression of Wnt3 and Wnt5b mRNA increased 4.6-fold and 4.5-fold, respectively after overexpression of SPRY4-IT1 (B), whereas it decreased 58% and 39% after SPRY4-IT1 knockdown (A), as determined by qRT-PCR.
