Outflow facility. (A) Netarsudil-M1 treatment increased outflow facility over time. Netarsudil-M1–treated eyes showed significantly increased outflow facility at all time points when compared to the controls (##P < 0.01). There was also a significant increase when compared to its own baseline (*P < 0.05; **P < 0.01). (B) The percentage change in outflow facility in netarsudil-M1–treated eyes also showed a significant increase when compared to the controls after 2 hours and 3 hours of perfusion (*P < 0.05) (n = 5).
