Based on the SparCC (left) and Spiec-Easi (right) methods, pairs of fungi that co-occurred frequently in the same soil samples were indicated. Fungal OTUs for which neither positive nor negative (Fig 5) interactions with other OTUs were inferred do not appear in the networks.
